My computer was working fine till today . I started my PC today , power light shows and then it turns OFF automatically after 5-10 seconds without displaying anything on monitor.

Then i started to eliminate problems by removing components one by one.
When i removed graphic card - Same problem
When i removed HDD - same problem
When i removed RAM - same problem
But when i remove processor - My PC doesn't turns OFF , the power light keeps ON but nothing display on my monitor .

So tell me is my guess right that my processor is faulty ? or could it be motherboard too ?

My processor is in warranty though.

My specs -
i3 3220
4GB x 2 corsair vengeance ram
750 Ti 2gb GPU
CM Thunder 450W PSU
H61M-HD2 Rev 1 Mobo

In order to let it post something, the CPU should be in place. First put CPU back in place, make sure you haven't damage the pins in doing so. Then turn on PC. Now It should do nothing , wait for sometime and turn it off, that way internal settings will reset automatically. Now put One RAM stick and power up and see if it posts BIOS screen then you are ready to go.

There might be problem with RAM socket too so try it in different ones and make sure no other hardware is connected except monitor , keyboard and mouse. i3s has internal GPU so use display ports given in motherboards.

I already wrote that with processor computer is turning OFF after 5 sec without boot screen.
And also i tried RAM in different slot.

Removing CPU was a big mistake at first place, well you sure it look normal? have you tried again? by putting in in order as I said earlier? Once you install CPU you shouldn't move it unless you wanna replace it. It makes a lot hard to diagnose system when people does that.

But it worked after removing processor .
My computer was shutting down automatically after 5 seconds but after removing CPU my PC is not shutting down though nothing works xD

Try again and share results, testing once won't solve problem. If the CPU is dead you probably wanna put it under warranty, after testing we can conclude CPU is dead, although we cannot be sure if pins are damaged or not right now in that case you can out of luck for replacement. If it does not work contact retailer form which you have purchased and ask for replacement under manufacturing defect.
