So the other day my dad asked to borrow my psu because he thought his was faulty and we have the same one. Once he was about to put mine back in, he decided to be nice and clean my pc out because I hadn't for a while. The problem is he thought using a vacuum cleaner was ok.
Now, when I try using my pc, my audio is constantly crackling, chrome runs abnormally slow (simply opening a video with a high speed connection or my browser history takes upwards of 30 seconds), and even simple games like minecraft are unplayable, going between 25-100fps when I would normally get 300-600.
Does this sound like a cpu issue or could it be something else?
