I think my CPU needs to much v

Hello I tried to oc my cpu (i7 8700k).
I can only get it up to 4,8 ghz because its
already running with 1,35 v on this clock speed. When I try to decrease the v , I get a blue screen and my pc crashes.
Is there something I can do about it ?

Not really. You just got a bad chip. All cpus are not made the same, some overclock better than others, even ones of the same model.

You wouldn't be able to, cpu manufacturers do not guarantee you will be able to get a high overclock. Overclocking a cpu actually voids its warranty, although there's usually no way they can prove a cpu has been overclocked.
