Question I think my ipad has a virus

under the screen time allowed apps menu there a bunch of these apps with no icon and random names consisted of random numbers and letters. They dont show up anywhere else only here. If anyone knows what going on help will be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I did a reset and they were gone. I still dont know what they were.

Probably just random crap, have you deleted any apps recently?

Might be old stuff from the certificates and stuff my school used.
