I'm at a loss. I switched ISPs because my previous one was terrible but now it seems the new one has packet loss issues... great. I game a lot and I've noticed massive latency spikes, going from a stable 90ms to 300-900ms spikes that last a couple seconds.
I've been running traceroutes using WinMTR and here are the results, using games Brasil and US servers:

I'm using a wired connection with no other devices in the network.
Is there anything I can do on my end? Is it my ISP? How do I get them to fix it? Is it even fixable?
