I have really weird issues for the past few days.Basically if i open any web page in most cases it loads instantly sometimes may happen that i wait a second or two, some days watching youtube may cause stuttering and feel sluggish and i have to lower my resolution.Internet speed test only shows 30mpbs download and around 7mpbs upload, thats very low.

Aggregated Link Speed (Recieve / Transmit) says speed is 100/100 Mbps

Driver is updated ( Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Familly Controller ) but under EEE Max Support Speed its 1GBps Full Duplex while 2.5 is available, and everything is on default because i also tried to reset everything.Ethernet cable is pluged into 2.5G lan port on my motherboard.Dont think my PC specs have anything to do with this.

So is the ethernet adapter setting for speed set to "Auto Negotiation" or a fixed speed?

Have you tried a different ethernet cable?

Have you also tried a wi-fi connection to test speed?

This is almost always a bad ethernet cable when it is stuck at 100mbps. Try a new cable, you need nothing real special. Cat5e is fine but make sure it is pure copper with wire size 22-24. Lots of fakes cables sold so look for that information and avoid any that does not clearly state it. The most common fake cables are the flat ones.
