My psu fan won't spin so i thought i should clean the psu. I somehow tilted the can and that strange water spreaded on half of my psu. Could i damage it? my pc freezed a lot before cleaning psu and now when i try to boot my pc it beeps passes post screen and shows "no signal" on monitor. Sometimes it wont even pass post screen (i can ensure you that i didn't spayed air on hdd). I guess i broke my psu?

I turned off my pc for 5 mins and turned it on again and it successfully booted but froze on desktop... after couple of restarts pc started to boot again.... i guess that was a temporary problem

well the capacitors still hold some charge even though (hopefully) you unplugged your pc. the best way to tinker with it is to unplug the psu and then try to turn it on with the case power button, this completely drains it. never hold the can of compressed air tilted or pointing down. I accidentaly sprayed with the same liquid on some parts without damaging them luckily. if it happens in the future make sure it dries out properly.

now it might have been damaged it might be something else, theres really no way to know other than trying a different psu instead of it.

Yea i unplugged pc from wall and held power button. Now my pc boots at first try but still freezes on desktop. It looks like my ram is dead. Now im trying to figure which one is dead.

Oh and why is my psu fan isnt spinning?

it probably just died. if it isnt spinning I would not force it as overheated capacitors can fail and fry other parts in your PC. If it is connected ok and not working I would replace it immediately. It is not an expensive unit and would cost more to repair than a new one. If you list the other parts of your PC we can suggest a replacement.

I tried to move back fan with pen i felt how fan tries to spin it against me a little
