I tried to crack Alienware’s secret code with AI – Gemini thought it was the Zodiac Killer instead

I think you need to break it down into the number of dots, or circles, the connectors are decorative between each letter. That’s the main commonly between each thing. Could be brain for all we know, with close sections being tied together with decorative fluff.

Second section (Line 4–5)PACK MY BOX WITH FIVE DOZEN LIQUOR JUGS

ChatGPT 4.1, took about 2 minutes. 🤷‍♂️

With there seeming to be a total of 22 words rather than your 17, and that the 6th, 16th and 20th word are the same; i'd say your decoding seem likely to be incorrect.

I notice all the words are odd dots long and can't be divided into letters of equal dot length. So I propose a letter is 3 dots long and overlaps with the next letter. That means the word lengths would be 2 10 3 5/5 3 6 7/6 7 3/10 8 2/5 3 8 3/5 2 4 3 6 2/3 6 9.

So I tried pulling the letters apart so they no longer overlap but it is taking ages and prone to error. If someone here has the patience hopefully the symbols will be easier to match and form a simple substitution cypher.

Maybe an AI could be convinced to do decode it given those insights but I hate them and do not want to interact with them by choice.

Hah, I tried to keep it simple and just said decode the cypher in this image and then just pasted the image of the whole side panel (because the glass top part seems to have similar symbols and could be a key) and it gave me:

No one found the time to pull those symbols out yet? Do I really have to get some square paper and a pencil and do it myself? Internet hive mind you have failed me.
BTW I've noticed another thing that my help: since the centre row of dots within a word is always complete you could safely remove any ISOLATED dots on that centre row but leave any that are joined to the first or third rows. Might help it be a bit less visually confusing.

The absolute nerve of the alienware marketing team, to think a bunch of codebreakers have the time to decode their viral ad for free. The easy part is encoding something, the hard part is decoding something. Its just busy work, like putting together a jigsaw puzzle to see an advertisement someone chopped to pieces. I'll let the burden remain with the one who encoded this by refusing to do the hard part.

There's a chunk of my life I wont get back. Here's my working: View: https://imgur.com/a/ZgQmTIK

Which translates to:
We strengthen the bonds among our people through shared purpose and collective endeavor. We honor our heritage and imbed it into the fabric of our future societies.

I used an online tool to do the substitution solving. But not an AI.
Oh, and the other little bit at the top says IBM. Alienware is a Dell right?

The characters on the case partial match words 11 and 18.
There appear to be 9 matching words, circled in black.
The first and 14th word are the same.
The second word has matching characters suggesting a word like c[ook]b[ook].
The third and 21st words match.
The 6th, 16th, and 24th words match.
The 11th and 18th words match.
The 19, 20 and 21 words may start with the same character?

I noticed there are three rows for each sentence for which "dots" appear. Low, mid, and high.

Hey Geek. This has been solved! See further up the thread. Re the dots, all the isolated dots could be removed, what matters are the shapes made by the joined dots.

Great job puzzleaddict. It is still above me. I think my confusion is the separation dots.

Case: VBO??? The case image is backwards. You should read it from the other side (outside).

It would be something like ANC?
