Solution
cant say have ever seen a software overclock fry the gpu or vram

software overclocking especially with recent cards just doesnt allow adding too much voltage

but pretty much at a loss where they can go from there unless have integrated graphics as well
start windows in safe mode, press F8 key to do this, you can't uninstall software through BIOS unless you have some sort of integrated OS like winki or similar
or try using the onboard video output if you have any (disable or remove graphics card first)

yeah i told afterburner to boot as soon as my pc starts the thing is my pc and OS boots up and for like a minute and two but then just goes to a black screen (and i tried what you said earlier it didnt work)

if afterburner runs in safe mode turn off or turn down your overclock or uninstall afterburner or tell it not to run at start up

and ctrl is definitely the over ride key so either you arent pressing it at right time(just as windows starts to load)

or your keyboard isnt getting recognised quickly enough

it didnt work its not showing anything on the screen i tried to disable amd drivers because someone else told me to and restarted and rebooted my pc a couple of times and now it wont show anything

Why? You should've uninstalled Afterburner instead of the drivers... Afterburner was causing the problem... go back into safe mode and reinstall the driver, and uninstall Ab, please.

weird part. there's no way a driver uninstall can cause that problem, as it only affects OS, not POST, not selection menu
anyway, yes, clearing CMOS should bring image back, or removing the card and using onboard video, if any, to repair everything, then place it again and install drivers and stuff

maybe the OC fried the gpu itself or affected vrams :??:
