i turn on my Asus laptop X502C and all i get is a blue screen and the cursor

What were your previous changes to your computer before this started happening?

When booting your computer up, keep pressing the f8 key

Select repair your computer
Troubleshoot
Advanced options
Open system restore
Select the restore point (it lists the date next to these, select the one to the time your computer was working)

Reboot your pc
