i turn on my llaptop , but the screen remains black

hello , I turn on my laptop , but the screen remains black , all I see is only the arrow , i tried with explorer.exe but nothing , please help

Most probably a problem with graphic/display adapter driver. See if you can boot to safe mode first. Can't help any more because of lack of information about laptop and OS.
