I turned off my computer by power button in keyboard

I was using my computer and I accidentally pressed the switch off button in the key board . Then my system turned off. I tried restarting and it started well but it was keep on rebooting again and again with a 5 seconds of interval and it never goes to my welcome page . please give me a solution and thank you for that.

Hit F8 after POST and when the menu comes up, select last known good config. Failing that, boot into safe mode and run the file system checker tool.
