I upgraded my GPU and got no signal from the monitor

I upgraded my GPU (my old one was a Sapphire HD 5570 and my new one is a PowerColor HD 7770 GHz Edition) and when I turn my PC on, my monitor says no signal. I tried removing the drivers of my old GPU using device manager and put my new GPU back in but it still won't work. My PSU and mobo can support the GPU but for some reason I get no signal... Please help

PC Specs:
CPU - Intel Core i5-3330 3.0GHz
Mobo - GIGABYTE GA-H61M-S2P Rev 2.1
PSU - Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 460W RS-460-PCAR-I3

I already uninstalled the old drivers, put my new GPU in (removed the old one of course) and it still says no signal
