I am not very experienced with this program. If you are familiar with CrystalDiskMark, can you tell me if these results is normal for HP EX950 M.2 2280 2TB? I mean last result for read and write looks unusually low for its speed. But it's like I said, I am not very experienced with this kind of thing. So there may be good reasons why it have low or maybe not?

Its fine. Those bottom two tests are the hardest for any drive to do. HDD's score very low, often around 1 mb/s.
