A budget APU system. I only care about CS:GO and Dota2 performances.(don't even wanna high settings, high resolution)

CPU - A10 7870K
MoBo - Gigabyte A68H
RAM - Kingston HyperX Beast 8GB(2x4GB) 2133MHz DDR3
(other parts are ready, irrelevant.)

Will this be enough for my games? And if i decide to go for a GPU later what should it be?

This will do what you want, it doesn't have usb 3.0 though.
 
Your two games are single threaded and cpu limited.
The A10 APU based build may not be the right one for you.
You may be better served with a G3258 and a GTX750 discrete graphics card.
The nice thing is that you will have a cpu upgrade path to i3,i5,i7.
There are no useful upgrades for a apu setup.
