i wanna change my power supply

hi! i'm gonna change my power supply but i wanna know if a power supply can destroy other stuff inside my computer if it has too high voltage? please help thanks have a good day!

A PSU can damage components if its made from bad quality components. Slight tolerances are ok but with cheap units, the voltages and supply is way off sometimes ...this leads to damage.

A good PSU will generally one that is rated 80% bronze efficiency or above.

If it has poor capacitors it can destroy your stuff.
