Question i wanna upgrade my pc for better fps and performance i got 400 USD what part should i upgrade first and what should i buy ?

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

As for your upgrade, where are you located and what is your preferred site for purchase? Your thread title's encapsulated your budget(though a confirmation of where you're located helps us narrow down suggestions). You could swap out the RTX3050 and the APU for something higher end.

You could easily just swap in a 4060 Ti or a 7700 XT for $400 and get a significant boost from your 3050.

My stock approach to this perennial question:

Some games are graphics limited like fast action shooters.
Others are cpu core speed limited like strategy, sims, and mmo.
Multiplayer tends to like many threads.

You need to find out which.

To help clarify your CPU/GPU options,
Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
This makes the graphics card loaf a bit.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

All things depending drop the rtx 3050 of the nearest building, maybe pick up an rx 7700xt.

Another option is pick up an rx 6800 which is a generation older but similar performance and 16gb of VRAM. I’m the USA keep in mind but just saw one for 359 on Amazon.
