Build Advice I want 400W PSU build. What component should I have?

I'd like 9th generation Intel CPU and Turing graphic card that fits in 400W PSU. Could there be any build?

Currently lowest power Turing cards GTX 1660 minimum recommended psu is 450W.
GTX 1650 gets released soon. It will probably have minimum psu requirement, that fits your power target.

Why would you limit it to 400 watts?... are you planning a new build on a shoddy PSU or a small factor one?

To make it easier for the bills. I think using 500W PSU will get more expensive than 400W PSU bill.

do not know how much you pay per kilowatts. But going from a 400 watt to a 500 watt is would not make that much of a difference. It's not like its drawing 500 watts all the time...

What do you mean? Do you mean it isn't always drawing 500W all the time? Like, it's the max capacity I can draw from the power supply?

Correct. 500W doesn't mean 500W is being used at all times. That would be a horrific design, which is why you'll never find a PSU, or really, any appliance like that.

Exactly. Components take as much power as they need.
If they try to take more than available limit, PSU turns off
(or blows up, if quality of PSU is sub-standard).

It's good. Same as i5-9400 - just with disabled integrated graphics.
If you can get 9400 for similar price, then choose it instead.
