I'd like 9th generation Intel CPU and Turing graphic card that fits in 400W PSU. Could there be any build?
What do you mean? Do you mean it isn't always drawing 500W all the time? Like, it's the max capacity I can draw from the power supply?do not know how much you pay per kilowatts. But going from a 400 watt to a 500 watt is would not make that much of a difference. It's not like its drawing 500 watts all the time...
Correct. 500W doesn't mean 500W is being used at all times. That would be a horrific design, which is why you'll never find a PSU, or really, any appliance like that.What do you mean?
