[SOLVED] I Want a 750 to 800 dollars Gaming Pc that somewhat could handle 144fps for my 144hz + Being able to edit videos for youtube

2600x or 1700 should be fine paired with a good video card and 2x8GB matched DDR4 kit
the 1700 is 20$ cheaper than the 2600x with 2 extra cores and 4 more threads but lower base clock I will be gaming for 75 percent and editing 25 percent

and I did also hear that the first gen ryzen processors arent that good in gaming for some sort of a flaw in them
 
There is no major flaw with first generation cpus. The 1700 does have lower clockspeeds than the 2700x, but something like an 1800x has simmilar clocks.
If you are mostly gaming, get the 2600x. It edits very well and games even better. You likely can overclock it on the stock cooler, but your results will very.
