1. What CPU Brand N Series for that?
2. What RAM Brand N Series for that? and,
3. What VGA Card Brand N Series for that?

1. Supported socket is Intel's LGA775.
The best CPU would be: Intel Core2 Quad Q9650.

2. Since DDR2 and DD3 RAMs are supported, best would be:

Note from Asus website:

3. About GPU, MoBo has one PCIe x16 slot and you can put any GPU in there.
At current date, Nvidia GTX 1080 is the best.
But if you'd wait until January when the Nvidia Titan X Pascal gets released, then it would be the best.
