Your PSU is insufficient.
Your mobo supports quad SLI, but only has 2x PCI-E 3.0 x16/x8 slots, and 1xPCI-E2.0 x16 slot.

The 3rd card will be a x4, which I don't think is allowed. I think that the quad SLI referred to is 2x dual cards, like one of the titans that was a few generations ago, where it had 2 gpu's in each card, hence 2 of these is quad SLI.

Yeah thats right, you would need one of the motherboards with a PLX .
 


I was trying to find which titan (if any) it was that was dualled. The GTX690 is also an option of course.

Titan Z was the dual gpu one.

tell me the name of the best motherboard for this configuration i can change the ram but not the processor. my motherboard not turning on. the lights are on and when i press cosmos button the graphic card fans move a little. please guide me whats the problem with the motherboard please

can i connect two psu i have two psu FSP RAIDER RA 750 G7 POWER EXTREME 680 WATT I ALSO HAVE THE POWER BRIDGE BUT MOTHERBOARD WONT TURN ON. sir dyslexia is the reason i write in capital. hopefully you wont mind sir
 


So strip it down to one psu no gpu, outside of the case on an insulating surface and see what happens.
