I want to add a shortcut for CS:GO in my taskbar, sadly i can't

Any solutions? I'm trying both with the .exe in steam's folder, and the shortcut on desktop, still can't put in anyway. Help? Windows 10 64 bit

Run the game, alt+tab to get back to the desktop. Right click on the CS:GO on the taskbar, select Pin to Taskbar.

Make sure Taskbar is not locked.
