I want to build a desktop pc for basic gaming + learning programming and animation maybe even hacking . Tell me what parts I should spend on and what I can just go dirt cheap on. I'm looking to play games like Batman arkham knight, minecraft, half life, cd go, etc. Mostly those games that doesn't use much resources. And i'll be happy if I could play at 30 fps medium graphics 720 p resolution. My budget is around 500-550 to 600$max
