he got to stress his budget if he wants to play futuristic games
Well, I come from Bulgaria (Europe) and the currency here is in BGN (лева). Because most people in this forum are from America, I thought that he was talking about dollars.. I think he should've said the currency.

Not all us have the budget to make a future proof pc
but the spec's i suggested are good for 1-2 years
He has to increase his budget from 35k to 46k minimum to get a reliable low budget build
i would suggest, you to wait for a little while. let the dollar rates come down a bit more. it should stabilize at around 55-57 by end of November. that would let you get a better kit for the same amount of money
i just increased my budget and what siddharthmukul007 gave specification were good just i want an economic alternative for motherboard and about processor can it be i5 4430 or i5 3570 or i5 4570
on what basis should i choose motherboard and cpu fan
cpu is the heart of any pc.....the better the cpu is the more powerful will your pc be.
for gaming though, the gpu tends to be the most important
motherboard tends to generally provide support to all the rest of the components. better your motherboard is the more you can make use of your components.
do not go for too expensive a motherboard if you do not want multi gpu support, better oc ing and other crazy stuff like that
