I want to build my first gaming pc this year

Hey guys need your help i am from India and i want to build my first gaming pc.i want a pc which could run games like COD, GTA 5, H1Z1, FIFA 16 and all the new games.
My budget is around 30k and i may be able to extend it to 35k.it is approx 450 to 500 usd.
Dont suggest me components such as MONITOR, KEYBOARD, MOUSE, HARD DISK.
please suggest me A BEAST PROCESSSOR, A GOOD GRAPHICS CARD, RAM, POWER SUPPLY, MOTHERBOARD AND A CASE.

You won't get anything "beast" for the equilvalent of 450-500 USD. But you can get something pretty decent.
