I would replace that 120GB SSD. It is just too small to avoid filling up. Minimum 250GB for C:

More than a good build but I absolutly agree with Kanewolf in getting a higher capacity SSD. They are so cheap now and you can get a 500GB NVMe M.2 SSD for as little as $ 55to $60 and even a 1TB NVMe for circa $90....of course you can go cheaper on standard SATA based SSD's as well starting at $48 for a 480GB but a higher capacity than the 120GB will make a huge difference.
