I want to buy ASUS GeForce GTX 750 Ti

My PC Spec
Motherboard: MSI H61M-P20 (G3)
PSU: QORI 400W Model: 400x ATX2.03(P4)
Processor: I3-3220
Graphic Card: GT 640-128bit
I want to buy ASUS GeForce GTX 750 Ti OC, 2GB GDDR5 (128 Bit), HDMI, 2xDVI.
And question is: Will my pc get on fire from this 😀 , no but seriously.Will my PSU run this graphic card ? Or do I have to buy new one ?

New power supply highly recommended.
Get one from a reputable brand like Seasonic/XFX/EVGA.

Get a Corsair CX430.

Already running a GT640, so it will probably be fine. 750Ti requires about 30% less power then either GT640 version.
