Question I want to buy laptop 144hz or 240 with no g sync! Should I get tearing?

I want to buy Zephyrus S GX531GW
But he doesn’t have g sync, should I get tearing if I play in ultra effects and have like 80 frames? And there is 240 hz should it be better or worst?

Yes, there will be tearing. But because it's a 144Hz refresh rate, it shouldn't be as noticeable as the tearing on a 60Hz panel.
