I want to change the cpu on my laptop

Hello everybody, I would like to change my pentium b940 to i7 3632qm(from my old pc), I already tried to replace them but laptop didn't turn on. I tried to update the bios but it wasn't helpful. My laptop is SONY VAIO VPCEH1E1R or PCG-71911V. Please help me(

That will not work, ever.

1. Different socket
2. Different physical size of the CPU
3. BGA mount. You cannot replace that at home
4. Even if you were to find a compatible CPU that is better, and actually get it mounted, the motherboard chipset and BIOS almost certainly would not know what to do with it.
