when I try to open any file on my computer it asks me a question how would you like to open this file and I want to close this question please help

This suggests that your file type associations have all been wiped out somehow, which doesn't happen often.

If a file has an extension without an application associated with it, or no extension at all, you'll almost always get the OS asking what you want to use to open it with.
