Solution

Piece of cake. This is what I use:
SyncBack Free
Give it source and target folders, give it a schedule...done.

between the 2 which one would you pick

As I've never heard of "MyDigitalSSD", neither.
I'd go with a major brand. Samsung, Intel, Kingston, Crucial, etc...

would 120gb ssd be enough for windows 7, ubuntu and steamos. windows 7 (80gb+/-), ubuntu (20gb+/-) and steamos (20gb+/-)
P.S. this will be just for the os. programs and everything else will be on my 240gb ssd and 1tb hdd

how much space would windows 7, ubuntu and steamos take individually (considering the programs and all the other data would be stored on my other drives

You can use around 50GB for Windows. Ubuntu and Steam somewhat less.
But using the SSD for only the OS is, IMHO, a waste of an SSD.

yes it is rather a waste of an ssd but i cant stand my 10+ min boot times. by the way i was gonna partition it for each os but how much space would i need for each os (as i said before without programs.....)
