[SOLVED] I want to get the advertised DDR speed.

Hi guys i want to get the advertised DDR4 speed which is 2400mhz. When i run the Benchmark test it says my ram is clocked at 1200mhz eventhough i went in my bios and changed my XMP to profil 1 which has the 2400mhz and the DRAM Frequency is on Auto. Also 1 more side note in the top of the BIOS menu it says DDR Speed 2400mhz.

DDR=Double Data Rate so 1200x2=2400, your memory is running at the correct speeds.

Then i have another question. My Brothers advertised DDR is 3200mhz when he did the test it was clocked at 1200mhz when he changed the same thing as me he ran the test again and it said it was clocked at 3200mhz.

It's probably there test then but that's just a guess. I think it also may depend on the platform as well, I think on my Ryzen system it came up as 3200 but on my Intel system it showed the halved speed but it's been awhile since I last checked and am unable to check now as I'm at work.
