I want to keep it, but how?

hi guys, i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to wipe my laptop clean, but keep windows and my microsoft programs on it, thanks.

how are you accesssing system restore? when restoring it usulley asks questions about formating the disk and provides warnings about data loss. if you are accesing system restore from the windows control pannel that is likley the incorrect system restore.
