I want to know if I can upgrade my all in one pc's cpu

so i have a hp all in one 20-c023w with a intel celeron j3060 1.60ghz, and I wanted to upgrade my cpu to a intel pentium g3240 with 3.10ghz, can i do the upgrade??? i don't understand a lot about computers but I want to be able to at least play some games but when i go to see if I can play it, it's always the cpu with the problem, so I wanted to know if i could upgrade it to anything
