I want to know the best Ram for my MOBO

I have the MSI 790FX-GD70 mobo and I would like to run one or two (ATI 100-505556 FirePro V8750 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16) and two of these (HIS H597F2GDG Radeon HD 5970 (Hemlock) 2GB 512 (256 x 2)-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16) Im going Solid State with a 1200watt PSU. And the AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 3.4GHz. I would like to overclock and I am looking at the 4gb sticks of DDR3. What would be the best configuration for optimal performance and stable Over Clocking?

well i was hoping to run some ansys autocad solid works and some sweet gaming. Along with share to my two laptops and kill people. lol. JK Its my xmas gift to me from my wife. i picked it all out. I dont really know where to find some decent priced 4gb sticks.

Help me with the ram please. newegg is super pricey, but if I have to purchase there I will. Also the OC is where I will need some help. I dont know how far I should go with the processor. Someone?
