I want to know whether i can use this AKAI 19" LED TV as my permenant computer monitor or not ? I am afraid whether it will damage my eyes if i use it as my computer monitor for long time and regularly....pls advice me friends ...Actually i want to use it as my monitor come t.v....i will use both long time....

I use my 47" HDTV as my main computer screen.

ANY time spent at ANY screen is not good. The experts reccomend getting at least a 15 minute break at every hour spent looking at a screen.

On your 15 minute break - what you have to do is look at something close by, and the look at something further away.

So yes you can use it as your main computer screen. LED -LCD's are actually very efficient and it would be no diffferent than say a laptop LCD screen or a "computer" LCD screen.

You should be fine using it as your permanent screen. Just remember to take breaks

I dont use that long but i just want to confirm whether i can use it as my computer monitor or not, I will use my computer for just browsing gaming chatting and alll... Thanks for ur advice, pls tell me what's the best distance for watching 32" LED T.V ?

Usually it's your screen size times 2 or 2.5. So 32" by 2 = 64" - so you should be sitting at least 5 feet away.
