Having family who works at Nvidia, you would want to peruse a degree in either computer engineering, or electrical engineering.

"Electronic engineering" really isnt a thing, the closest is electrical engineering.
If you are serious about that, find a few colleges you would be interested in and see what majors they offer related to these, it would be easier to advise you then.

Just note, this is not a decision you should make in one day, take time on this.
