Question I want to mount an internal card reader in a fractal design S2 how can I?

Fractal Design S2 no access at front.I have an internal card which I want to install at the back of the case

Can you recommend external card if not possible

I use this reader -- https://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-Multi-Media-Memory-Reader/dp/B006K25OLW connected to a USB3 port on the back of the PC.
