I need a good GPU for gaming and 3D modeling (Battlefield, Overwatch mainly... 70-100fps preferably on overwatch. I use Cinema4D and AE and Photoshop. I can't decide and need your help. Which one should I choose? Don't care if its AMD or NVidia just need one. Currently, I have a Quadro 600. Thanks

I dont see why not. As long as your motherboard has a PCI-e gen 2 or gen 3 16x slot and appropriate drivers the gtx 1060 will work.
By this specsheet your motherboard has 2 gen 2 16 pci-e slots.

So a gtx 1060 should fit and work in there 😉

There are some theories due to lack of Legacy support on 1060's the card may...
Well from what I've found, depending on your use. Is that programs like After effects can use some GPU processing, but they wont even put a high enough load on the GPU to benefit that if you were to have a high end CPU instead, and any GPU processing in 4d and Photoshop are almost obsolete anyway. Unless you need double precision in a GPU?

So overall those programs mostly rely on CPU and high amounts of RAM anyway and the GPU is almost obsolete in them. Unless you use programs like Maya or some featuress in blender. You may as well buy a normal gaming card just for gaming.

So what's your budget for a gpu anyway and what resolution? You could find a gtx 1060 or a used gtx 970/980 or r9 290/390 for 1080p to max out almost anything.
For 1440p and above for maxing out you would probably want to go gtx 1070/980ti or above. 😉

Also to note, in Overwatch with a single r9 290 I can max Overwatch at around 80-90fps easy. Battlefield 4 is also easily maxed at around 80fps. When at 1920x1080px.

-good luck

So I have a pre built Dell Precision T3500 with a Quadro 600 :I. I looked at various links and website and some people said that the GTX 1060 wasn't compatible with this. I was looking to definitely buy the GTX 1060 EVGA SC which is quite small. I have a budget of about £200 - £220. I have a power supply of 525W. Thanks.

There are some theories due to lack of Legacy support on 1060's the card may not work, but the majority I found had it working normally anyway.
