I WANT TO PLAY OLD GAMES IN PC.....

I like to play older games in my pc. My OS is windows 7 so i installed windows 98 using vurtual pc. When i tried to install the game it shows "DIRECTX FOLDER NOT FOUND". I installed directx and direct media but its not working...... Plz reply if u know how to solve this problem.....

What games are you playing exactly? Doom, Quake? Most games, especially the ones from the 90's, can be downloaded and played perfectly on programs called emulators. What i would do is look up on google the game you want to play, space, then type emulator.

or you could find some old hardware and build an old gaming rig.. witch I think would be pretty cool
