I want to play overwatch,H1Z1 on beter graphics and not on 30 fps or below

I have a GeForce GT 730 2gb DDR3 (128bit) GPU
Intel Pentium G3240 3.10 ghz CPU
8 GB ram
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-H81M-S2V
Can ou help me with this should i upgrade my gpu or cpu?
plus I dont have a big budget to spend on so dont go to high on the price
