I want to play pubg!!!

I want to play pubg but my pc is so laggy and unplayable can anyone tell me why?
HERE IS MY PC

MOBO ASUS P7P55D-E LX
CPU I7 860 2.8GHZ
RAM 12GB
SSD 250GB
GPU RX460
POWER SUPPLY 750W

The GPU is way under powered for this job, you may try to run it with all graphics set to low except anti aliasing set to high.
You cpu is not strong enough to handle the minimum requirements

Minimum requirements for PUBG is CPU: Intel Core i5-4430, which according to passmark much more powerfull than your elder I7-860 CPU, neither as multi or single threading … your cpu is showing its age.

And as for your RX-460, the minimum requirements is a R7-370 or GTX 960 and your card barely makes the mark as well.
