I want to share connection from PC to a router

I want to make something like this:
ROUTER 1--->PC---->ROUTER 2------>Tablet
So the router 1 is the main router where I get the connection from to my PC wirelessly and I want now this connection to share on Router 2 which is an AP router and then wirelessly connect with my tablet/phone on it is this somehow possible

Configure Router2 as access point only (disable DHCP, static IP address, wireless as needed)
Configure your PC for ICS (Internet connection sharing), with WiFi as "Internet connection"
Connect an Etnernet cable between PC' Ethernet port and one of Router2' LAN ports.

To debug the connection, it would help having another PC/Laptop with Ethernet port.

Thanks for the answer mate but there is a problem when I do all that in my router configuration settings it says WAN is unplugged and I cannot get it to work any good advice there?
