hi
I have a USB wifi adapter which supports hotspot
I tried virtual router plus but it gives an error
and i cant affor to buy a new wireless router so please help me with it

Solution
The function you are looking for is called ICS and microsoft has some pretty good documentation on their site.

The main thing that is a concern is that some USB wifi adapters do not have the sharing setting you need in the driver. More and more do but some do not.

It is easy to setup if the option you need exist on your equipment.

i have got 50Mb/s fiber dial up connection with 2 ms ping
i dont think it will slow down if i share my internet

You are using the wrong term then...dialup means you actually dial phone numbers and connect over phone lines. These still exist but I have only seen them used as remote backup into the console ports on routers so you can fix setting when the internet connection is down.
