I want to delete Administrator& User accounts from my laptop with XP Professional. How to do it?

The only way to delete a sole Administrator account is to create another one, and delete the 1st one: one Admin is always required--you couldn't even install a new program without one (or uninstall).

You can delete user accounts off the control panel, though.
