I want to update bios: Phoenix AwardBIOS v6,00PG, Where I cuold find the right one update?

Hey everyone, I'm having some troubles with bios, I hope that you can help my out :) Bios don't save my changes after I shut it down. And it says " warning cpu has been changed or cpu ratio changed fail" ...

  • ■ Current bios: Phoenix AwardBIOS v6,00PG
    ■ Chipset VIA PT800 CE / PT880 + VT8237(R)
    ■ BIOS ID: 08/05/2004-PT880-8237-6A7L2D4DC-00
    ■ Motherboard: PT880-8237
Where I could find the right one update for bios? Help me out plz :)

Model is: PT880-8237. But the maker I can't find anywhere its not written even on the motherboard it self and programs such as CPU-Z or HWiNFO32 can't find it :(

Type dxdiag in your start menu search bar, alot of info like your motherboard type, chipset, BIOS version and manufacturer should be listed there.

Google probably directed him here, if you don't have any helpful information don't reply. Simples.

Anyway Google is a helpful and powerful ally, but you won't find EVERYTHING there, hence redirecting him to forums. Low and behold, this is a tech support forum, well whadda ya know.

Finaly I found it :) it's
DFI PT880-ALF (I hope so :) )

I found the bios too but as I can see there was no updates for ALF version since 2004... And I'm not sure which version should I choose from AL ALE and ALF :/
