Question I want to upgrade my cpu

My choices are Intel Core i5-3470 or Intel Core i3-4360. I have a ga-h110m-h motherboard, GTX 760 gpu and 8gb ram. I'm using a Pentium G4400 now.

Neither. That motherboard requires a Skylake (6000 series) or Kaby Lake (7000 series) CPU. Kaby Lake also requires the F20 BIOS update or later to be installed first. See the CPU support list for supported CPU.
