I want to upgrade my GPU. Help!

LGA775 E4600 2.40ghz OC to 3.2ghz. 4gb ddr3 1066mhz ram. Don't have any cooling fan. PSU: uATX max 220W . i am currently on geforce 210. i wish to purchase a gt730 1gb ddr5 2gb graphics.


i wish to play games like Bf3, nfstr, FC3, dead rising, tomb raider, on medium settings with res 1368x....
if this gpu is not compatible, pls suggest a good upgrade to my gpu. And yes, i know that this mobo is old but i would like to pull this for about a year. and my budget is 5-9K INR... pls help!

Yes,your motherboard is compatible with the GPU and those links u sent seem good,go for it.And what do u mean by cooling fan? Do u mean case fans?

I know it's only DDR 3 but as u don't have case fans ZOTAC is not a good idea because it's ZOTAC is infamous for overheating
