i want to upgrade my gpu

i want to upgrade my pc .I already have gt 610 1gb graphic card. my motherboard is ASRock h61m-dp3.i have core i3 processor .i want to play fifa 17 and more upcomming games.Which gpu should i upgrade to (Approx Rupees 12000 or lower) i have supercomp SEP 500 powersupply. Sorry i havent assemble a pc myself this is my first time i sound like a noob ......thanks anyway
